Shipping and Returns

STORE RETURN POLICY

In-store purchases of new (non-vintage) items may be returned for store credit only within 7 days of purchase. We will accept new, unused products in their original packaging with tags attached and a receipt as proof of purchase.  

Vintage items are sold in as-is condition and are ineligible for returns or exchanges and are FINAL SALE

Please contact us with any questions prior to purchasing. 

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

For new (non-vintage) items purchased online, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of original purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact us to request a return authorization number and our return shipping address. Return shipping and costs are the responsibility of the returning party, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Ad Astra is not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

All returned products must be received by Ad Astra in new, unused condition, with tags, in original packaging, and be accompanied by the original receipt. Upon approval of return, Ad Astra will initiate a refund to original payment method. 

DAMAGES
Please inspect your items upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item in your order is defective or damaged in shipment. We will request photos to illustrate any issues and work to address the issues with shipping carriers or the manufacturer.

All vintage items are FINAL SALE and are sold in as-is condition; most vintage pieces show signs of their age and wear. Please contact us for additional photos or condition notes prior to purchasing. 

PROMOTIONS
Promotions and discounts can not be applied to previously purchased items. All items purchased on promotion or sale are FINAL SALE.

OTHER POLICIES

Promotions a We do not repair or replace items that are broken or damaged after purchase. 

Our products ship from our shop in Woodstock, NY. Orders usually ship within 3 business days of receipt; please expect an email when your order has shipped. 

We also offer local pickup from our Woodstock, NY shop; orders can be picked up during business hours, and an email will be sent to notify you when your order is ready for in-store pickup.
